Since we are an all-volunteer force, there simply isn’t enough manpower to produce a market each and every Saturday. Based on the feedback we have added a food court to our venue. In addition, we have added security to our venue for public safety assurance. Our market mission is create a fun community event, keep our vendors productive so they benefit, and provide support to our members and volunteers.

Since we do live in Florida, there is rain. We always try to ensure a successful market for the community and our vendors. To that thought, we watch the weather forecast closely leading up to the market. We look at % chance of rain as well as the timing and severity. We care about the safety of our marketplace. We don’t like to cancel our market days because we understand its inconvenient especially when we’ve been planning and posting about it all month. But, some of our vendors provide perishable items and out-of-pocket costs prior to the market. We provide enough time so everyone involved knows and can make arrangements accordingly.
